Welcome to the remote contractor blueprint. By purchasing or accessing this program, course, coaching, community, or any related services, you agree to the following Terms of Service and all associated policies.

1. Program Access

Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to digital materials, educational content, coaching resources, community access, and/or related services depending on the purchased offer.

Access may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms, abuse, harassment, chargeback fraud, or misconduct within the community.

2. No Guaranteed Results

The Company does not guarantee any specific financial results, business growth, income level, or success from participation in the program.

Results depend on many factors including individual effort, consistency, implementation, experience, market conditions, and other variables outside the Company’s control.

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples shown are not guarantees of future performance.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to proprietary information, all sales are final.

No refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals will be issued once access to the program, course materials, community, calls, or digital resources has been granted.

4. Payment Terms

By purchasing, you authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method for the agreed amount.

Failure to complete payment plans may result in revoked access to all products, services, communities, and coaching materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the program, including videos, documents, systems, branding, templates, strategies, calls, and materials, is protected intellectual property owned by the Company.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, leak, reproduce, or share program materials without written permission.

6. Community Conduct

Customers agree to behave respectfully within all communities, group chats, calls, and communication channels associated with the program.

Harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, leaking content, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing this program, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving access to the purchased materials or services.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after access has been granted, the Company reserves the right to provide proof of access, communications, usage history, onboarding activity, and acceptance of these Terms of Service to the payment processor or financial institution.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or use of any provided materials or services.

Participation is done voluntarily and at the customer’s own discretion.

9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
